Job Description
We are looking for a sales specialist with the qualifications described below to expand ForFarming’s presence abroad. As a sales specialist, you will engage prospective and current customers regularly to understand the technical and business challenges they are facing and present ForFarming SaaS products that will meet their needs. You will be working as part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team where you can make a difference and create tangible results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Executing weekly and monthly calling plans (including field visits, phone calls, and online meetings) for all prospects
- Conferring with the product users and various decision-makers of a prospect to assess their requirements
- Preparing and delivering technical presentations and explaining products to current and prospective customers
- Preparing, presenting, and negotiating proposals with clients
- Assisting the sales and marketing managers in creating innovative solutions that can be adapted for different business areas
- Ensuring that volume and profitability targets are achieved on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Preparing periodic reports of all sales operations conducted
- Supplying management with forecasts and reports on customer needs, problems, and interests
- Keeping abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improving through feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor’s and preferably master’s degree in related disciplines from reputable universities
- At least 2 years of experience in sales (previous experience with SaaS products is preferred)
- Superior communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions
- A high degree of persistence and determination to achieve goals
- Strong relationship building and management skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to present and negotiate business and contractual terms and conditions
- No restrictions on traveling or driving
- Passionate about working in a dynamic startup environment
- Strong analytical, organizational, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Advanced use of MS Office Programs (Especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Result-oriented, proactive and takes initiatives
