We are an IT/AgriTech startup that develops smart solutions for agricultural producers, distributors, and retailers to increase agricultural yield, sustainability, food safety, and food quality by utilizing IoT, Cloud, and AI technologies.  Our product portfolio consists of Farmio, a cloud-based IoT software for remote monitoring, control, and automation of indoor and greenhouse farms; and Trusty, a platform for implementing food transparency across the fresh produce industry.

Job Description

We are looking for a marketing manager to promote the unique value propositions of our SaaS products and boost sales. As the marketing manager, you will be responsible for leading our marketing and growth-related activities for our global operations.


  • Developing overall marketing and media strategies in line with company objectives and translating the strategy into marketing action plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Building strong collaborative relationships with key internal and external teams to ensure positive and productive team environments
  • Cultivating know-how and implementing best practices within internal teams
  • Coordinating the creative team to develop creative briefs and guiding creative direction to achieve all advertising and public communications goals including printed, digital, and video assets
  • Understanding, anticipating, and acting strategically on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Preparing and presenting solid advice, information, and reports and taking a stand on key marketing strategies
  • Leading the development of 360 brand communication campaigns
  • Supporting sales through the execution of best-in-class customer engagement and experience
  • Developing marketing activities, including user surveys, creative content production, channel selection, promotion, data analysis, adjustment and optimization, event marketing, and community management
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish by leveraging internal support and driving collaboration


  • Bachelor’s and preferably master’s degree in related disciplines from reputable universities
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing or brand management (at least 1 year of experience with B2B software or SaaS products is preferred)
  • Proven track record in tracking and improving digital marketing KPIs
  • In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing processes and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Advanced use of MS Office Programs and preferably analysis tools
  • Result-oriented, proactive and takes initiatives
  • Enthusiastic, ambitious, eager for self-development, and open to feedback
