Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced sales manager to lead our sales department. We need a self-motivated professional with proven management experience and an outstanding track record in sales. As the sales manager, you will be responsible for meeting our annual sales targets within assigned territories and accounts. Your duties will include motivating our sales team, designing strategic sales plans, and evaluating costs and competition. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional negotiation and leadership skills as well as being an excellent communicator.


  • Directing and motivating staff to improve sales performance and customer service
  • Designing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets
  • Developing lasting relationships with high value customers to increase customer loyalty
  • Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
  • Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports
  • Working with high value customers to better understand their business needs and goals
  • Evaluating costs, competition, supply, and demand to determine selling prices
  • Forecasting sales volume and profit for existing and new products
  • Developing, analyzing, and optimizing sales outreach campaigns
  • Developing, implementing, and improving sales and CRM best practices
  • Establishing sales training and onboarding programs to train new employees


  • Bachelor’s and preferably master’s degree in related disciplines from reputable universities
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or similar roles (experience in sales management is preferred)
  • Previous experience in B2B businesses and SaaS products are preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing processes and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
  • Superior analytical, prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to present and negotiate contractual and business terms and conditions
  • Capacity to manage various projects and work with tight deadlines
  • Result-oriented, proactive and takes initiatives
  • Enthusiastic, ambitious, eager for self-development, and open to feedback
